Guests order when they are ready
A table that wants another round has to catch a server's eye and then wait while the order makes its way to the bar. During a rush that gap repeats at every table in the room, and it adds up to slower turns and smaller checks.
With a code on the table, guests browse the menu and send the order themselves. They pay from the phone with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Several people at one table can order independently, and anyone can scan again mid-meal to add a round.
Your servers walk fewer laps between the dining room and the POS. Checks settle themselves, so tables turn without anyone hovering nearby with the bill.
How it works
Print a code for each table
Generate QR codes from your dashboard, one per table, with your restaurant's logo on them if you want. Print them and put one on every table.
Guests scan and order
The phone camera opens your menu directly. Guests pick their items and pay from the phone, with no app download and no account.
The kitchen gets one ticket
Orders from the same table within a short window batch into a single kitchen ticket, tagged with the table number. It lands in the same queue and tablet app as your pickup and delivery orders.
The table settles itself
Guests split the bill with an even split, by paying for their own items, or with a custom amount. Tips go entirely to the restaurant.
Built for the dining room
Everything a busy service needs, with nothing for guests to install.
Generate a code for each table, add your logo if you want, and print them yourself. Replace a worn one anytime by printing it again.
Guests pay from the phone with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The card processing fee is added to the guest's bill as a line item by default, and you can choose to absorb it instead.
Split evenly, pay for your own items, or enter a custom amount. Each guest pays their own way without the server doing math at the POS.
Several guests at one table can order from their own phones, and orders placed within a short window combine into a single kitchen ticket. The kitchen reads one ticket instead of five.
Cap how many QR orders come in per time slot when the kitchen is slammed. Guests see an honest wait estimate up front instead of a promise the kitchen cannot keep.
Guests tip with presets or a custom amount, and 100% of it reaches the restaurant. bavoli takes no cut of tips and no per-order fee on dine-in orders.
Dine-in orders appear in the dashboard and tablet app next to pickup and delivery, tagged with the table number. One screen covers everything the kitchen is making.
What it costs
QR code ordering is included on the Professional plan ($50/month) and above, with no per-order fee. Card processing is passed to the guest as a line item by default, and you can absorb it instead. Platforms that sell QR ordering on its own typically charge a monthly fee plus 2-8% of every order.
